PRODUCT FIT

What crates and baskets can this series produce?

Crates and baskets can be evaluated within the same FCII equipment series. The final machine, injection unit and mold interface still depend on the exact product.

01

Reusable plastic crates

Share the outside dimensions, product weight, material, stacking or load requirements and mold status.

02

Ventilated produce crates

Open-wall geometry, rigidity targets, filling demand, ejection and part handling must be reviewed together.

03

Handled plastic baskets

Handle geometry, basket depth, mold actions and removal method can change the required configuration.

VERIFIED FCII RANGE

Select a machine configuration for your product

Six FCII model records are available in the project source data. Model selection begins with the crate or basket and its mold—not clamping force alone.

Source-backed values are reference data for the listed FCII configurations. Shot weights are stated on a PS basis; final capacity for the selected material, part and mold must be confirmed.

MACHINE–MOLD MATCHING

Match the machine, mold and production requirement

An existing or planned mold is assessed against the machine envelope, injection requirement, actions and target output. Unknown values can be reviewed after the initial enquiry.

01

Product and resin

Part geometry, weight, projected area and material establish the molding requirement.

02

Mold envelope

Mold dimensions, thickness and weight are checked against platen, tie-bar and opening space.

03

Injection requirement

Runner, cavities and shot requirement are matched to a suitable injection unit.

04

Actions and interfaces

Ejection, core actions, connections and controls are confirmed from the mold information.

05

Cycle and output target

Cooling, demolding and handling are reviewed before an output commitment is made.

MACHINE PRICE & PROJECT QUOTATION

Send your crate or basket requirements

Machine price depends on the selected FCII model and injection unit, mold scope, auxiliaries, automation, logistics and service requirements. Send the basics first; missing engineering details can be confirmed later.

Machine-only, machine + mold and complete-project scopes are quoted separately

No fixed price or production output is published without a confirmed configuration

Mold-only enquiries remain available through the same form

Optional drawings or photos can be attached for review

BUYER QUESTIONS

Crate and basket machine FAQ

Can the same machine series be configured for crates and baskets?

Yes. Crates, produce baskets and handled plastic baskets can be reviewed within the FCII series. The suitable model, injection unit and mold interfaces still depend on the individual product and project.

What information is needed to select a machine?

Start with a product drawing or clear photo, dimensions, weight, material, mold information if available, target output and preferred handling method. Unknown values do not prevent an initial enquiry.

Can I use my existing crate mold?

It may be possible after the mold dimensions, weight, injection requirement, platen and tie-bar fit, ejector, actions, interfaces and sample information are checked. Compatibility is not assumed without that review.

What affects cycle time and production output?

Part geometry, resin, wall and rib layout, runner and cavities, filling and holding, mold cooling, ejection, part handling and the required quality window all affect a stable cycle.

What auxiliary equipment is included?

Auxiliary equipment is project-specific. Material handling, cooling, take-out and other supporting equipment are listed as included, optional or excluded in the final quotation.

What is the difference between a machine quote and a complete project quote?

A machine quote covers the confirmed machine configuration and stated options. A complete-project quote can also include an agreed mold scope, auxiliaries, automation and services, with inclusions and exclusions listed.

Can I request a mold-only quotation?

Yes. Choose “Mold Only” in the enquiry form. You do not need to purchase a machine to submit a mold requirement.
