MOLD & MACHINE MATCHING

Injection Molds for Packaging

HWAMDA coordinates mold supply with the injection molding machine, so cavity layout, filling, cooling, release and take-out are reviewed as one production system.

02

Send a drawing, sample or product brief

A photo, drawing or measured sample is enough to start. Add the intended machine, material and target output, and HWAMDA will define the next engineering questions.

03

Mold supply questions

Can the mold be ordered on its own?

Yes. Mold-only projects are reviewed with the product requirements and the intended machine so the configuration, supply scope and sample acceptance are defined together.

Can the machine and mold be supplied together?

HWAMDA can coordinate the machine, mold supply and matching, automation and auxiliary requirements as a configured project. The proposal defines the confirmed scope and interfaces.

What should I send to start?

Send a drawing, photo or measured sample, with the material, intended machine and target output. HWAMDA will identify the missing engineering information and the next review steps.
