PLASTIC CRATE MOLD SUPPLY & MATCHING

Plastic Crate Mold Solutions

Define the crate, mold interfaces and production requirement before quotation. HWAMDA can coordinate mold supply for an existing machine or as part of a complete crate production project.

APPLICATION FIT

Start with the crate—not a generic mold specification

A plastic crate mold must be reviewed against the actual product, resin, loading requirement and production target. The representative products shown here establish project context; finished crates are not offered for sale on this page.

01

Product definition

Share a drawing, sample or clear photos together with outside dimensions, target weight and functional requirements.

02

Material requirement

Identify the intended resin and supplier grade when known. Material behavior is part of the mold and machine review.

03

Production requirement

State the expected output, available machine and automation plan. Unknown values can be confirmed during the technical review.

MOLD REQUIREMENT DEFINITION

What we need before a responsible mold proposal

You can begin with incomplete information. The proposal is finalized only after the product and interface requirements are confirmed.

01Product drawing, sample or photos
02Outside dimensions and target weight
03Resin and supplier grade
04Cavity and runner preference, if defined
05Existing machine model and platen data
06Target cycle or hourly output
07Ejection, core actions and handling
08Utility and connection requirements

MACHINE COMPATIBILITY

Match the mold to an existing machine or a new production cell

Compatibility is checked from documented mold and machine data. A mold is not described as compatible until the mounting, injection, opening, ejection, actions and utilities have been reviewed.

PATH 01

Existing machine

Send the machine model, platen and tie-bar data, injection-unit information, ejector details and available interfaces.

PATH 02

New HWAMDA project

The crate, mold and production target are reviewed together before a machine configuration is proposed.

COMPATIBILITY REVIEW

Platen and tie-bar fit
Mold thickness, opening and daylight
Shot and injection requirement
Ejector and mold actions
Cooling and utility connections
Part removal and automation interface

SUPPLY, QUALITY & ACCEPTANCE

Make the quotation boundary visible before the order

The confirmed quotation should identify what is supplied, which technical documents govern the project and how acceptance will be assessed. Availability of every item is determined in the final proposal.

01

Customer input

Approved product information, resin, machine data, output target and any special functional requirements.

02

Confirmed supply scope

Mold configuration, interfaces, agreed accessories, documentation, trial responsibilities and stated exclusions.

03

Acceptance basis

Approved sample criteria, trial conditions, review records and any shipment acceptance steps written into the project scope.

PROJECT EVIDENCE

Review the product and mold configuration together

Representative fruit-crate products and open-mold views help define the application. The final mold proposal is still based on the customer product, material, machine interface and agreed acceptance requirements.

MOLD PRICE & PROJECT QUOTATION

Send the mold requirement first

Plastic crate mold price depends on the confirmed product, mold configuration, interfaces, project scope, documentation, trial, logistics and service requirements. A fixed price is not published without that definition.

Mold-only enquiries are accepted

Mold + machine and complete-project scopes can be reviewed separately

Existing-machine compatibility requires machine data

Drawings, samples or product photos can be attached

BUYER QUESTIONS

Plastic crate mold FAQ

Can I order only a plastic crate mold?

Yes. Select “Mold Only” in the enquiry form. A machine purchase is not required to submit a mold project.

Can the mold be matched to my existing injection molding machine?

It can be reviewed after the machine model, platen and tie-bar data, injection unit, ejector, controls and utility interfaces are provided. Compatibility is confirmed project by project.

What information is needed for a mold quotation?

Start with the product drawing, sample or photos, dimensions, target weight, resin, expected output and existing-machine information when applicable. Unknown details can be discussed.

What affects plastic crate mold price?

Product geometry, mold configuration, interfaces, project documentation, trial scope, logistics and service requirements all affect the final quotation.

Do you also supply the matching injection molding machine?

HWAMDA can review a new crate and basket production equipment configuration together with the mold. The machine and mold scopes are identified separately in the proposal.

Is a trial or sample included?

Trial responsibilities, sample criteria, conditions and records must be stated in the confirmed quotation. They are not assumed before the project scope is agreed.

Do you sell finished plastic crates?

No. This page is for mold supply and machine-matching enquiries, not finished-crate sales.
